For example, when using a 30-tooth moving knife, the maximum linear speed of the feeding roller is 250 m/min. At this time, the speed of the moving motor has reached 2776 r/min, which is close to the limit speed of 3000 r/min. To further increase the output, the number of teeth of the moving knife must be increased under the premise of the ability of other equipment, that is, the speed of the moving knife motor can be reduced by increasing the number of times of dicing per unit time, thereby prolonging the service life of the moving knife.
The basic configuration of the pelletizer Through the analysis of the internal control program of the PLC, combined with the actual situation of the equipment, we find that the speed of the feeding roller and the speed of the moving knife work according to a certain relationship, namely: the speed of the moving motor speed of the roller motor =K, K is the slice length factor.
It can be concluded that: (1) If the feed roller speed is constant, the yield will be constant and will not change with the change of the slice length.
(2) When the feed roller speed is constant, the speed of the moving motor is inversely proportional to the length of the slice.
(3) Corresponding to the speed of a certain feeding belt and the length of the same slice, when the diameter of the moving knife and the roller are constant, the change of the moving knife speed is inversely proportional to the number of teeth.
(4) When the same moving knife with the same diameter is changed from 30 teeth to 40 teeth, if the same feeding roller speed is used, in order to obtain the same length of slicing, the speed of the 40-gear moving motor should be 30 of the speed of the 30-gear moving motor. /4.
Program analysis In the PLC control program, in addition to a large number of switch-type control for the granulator interlocking and control system, it also includes the control of the analog quantity such as the rotational speed. When the speed of the roller from the operation panel (or remote control) is changed, the program calculates and checks the output to the roller interface program, controls the speed of the roller motor, and calculates the speed of the motor motor and outputs it. Tests and Results We used a short-term parking opportunity to modify the PLC program according to the above scheme. The machine repair also replaced the 40-toothed movable knife, and it was successfully used once after driving. From the field test data (see), the theoretical calculation value is almost exactly the same as the actual value, the error is very small, only 0.5. When the experimental data and the theoretical calculation value are fed to the roller speed of 70m/min, the roller rotation speed is 248r/min, the frequency The theoretical and actual values are set to 16.51 Hz and 16.36 Hz respectively. When the feed roller speed is 200 m/min, the roller rotation speed is 707 r/min, and the frequency setting theory and actual value are 47.13 Hz and 47.09 Hz, respectively.
Conclusion When the 40-tooth moving knife is used, the speed of the moving motor is only 2082r/min when the speed of the roller is 250m/min, and the shape of the slice is the same as before. This creates conditions for the next step in increasing production. To further increase the output, you only need to modify the output range of the corresponding roller and moving speed in the I/O interface program. Of course, the conditions and allowable range of other equipment should also be considered.
